Collision Damage Repair Safety!
This is a collision safety and quality control matter that needs to be discussed. Genuine Manufacturer parts vs non OEM or Aftermarket Parts. When it comes to safety, Dr. Jay only uses OEM Parts on all structural phases of auto body repairs. Your safety is key to Dr. Jay 'The Crash Doctor'
While some insurance companies may attempt to cut costs with their DRP or body shops their customers are using, Dr. Jay insists on only using OEM Parts for any structural damage repairs. The use of Aftermarket parts is common among some good body shops, but only for non-structural purposes. There are shops that will use non-oem parts on structural damage however. So beware.
